“Cooking is family, tradition and passion brought together on the plate.”

Chef Angjelo has spent more than 27 years in professional kitchens and restaurant management. His background covers Italian, Mediterranean and British restaurant cooking, along with decades of hands-on ownership.

At La Gloria, that experience shapes the full menu. Familiar dishes stay recognisable, ingredients stay at the centre of the plate and each service aims for consistency.
